What are your Operation hours?

Rubynav operates 24 hours a day and 365 days a week. We are your buddy all year long and even in emergencies.

What is the cost of Task?

Rubynav operates a multi-service task competition business, for a quote use the app to fill and get an instant quote on your needs.

Is there a fee to order multiple Tasks?

No, Every task gets its own quote and treated as a different order, as such feel free to request multiple tasks for completion. For more discounts and rewards you may subscribe to Rubynav membership for $9.99 monthly, $29.99 quarterly and $99.99 annually.

Can Rubynav handle large volumes of orders?

We are built to deliver all and every kind of product and service either for commercial, residential community or individual persons

Our Commercial partners or business can request our Private API to request and have an effortless automated delivery.

What can I buy from Rubynav?

You can buy every service and order anything on the platform. However for special orders you may request special tasks by completing custom functions in the app. Remember you are always in contact with the Ruber during an active Task, so take advantage of our feature and text, call or SMS all from the app.

Who will complete Task?

Our Task Fulfillment Partners are called Rubers and RuberPros, Rubers fulfill all needs for shopping, Food &Drinks, Alcohol & Tobacco, Errands and Delivery, While RuberPros handle all Professional service needs that are state required non-license and licenses to operate such as Handymen, Officiators, Cleaners, Lawn Care and Assistants.

Remember you are always in communication with your Ruber at every step.

How can I see Task Status & History?

On confirmation of our order, you will receive an email confirming order; the app also shows you your order status and order history.

Rewards and coupons are updated daily on the mobile app.

Is there any way I can contact my assigned Ruber for special instructions?

You can leave special instructions for your Ruber when you’re placing your order, in the additional page at checkout. Remember you are always in communication with your Ruber at every step on the app via text, call, and video

Does the app offer for sale alcohol or tobacco?

Yes, Rubynav will deliver your order for alcohol and Tobacco, just keep your verified identification card or document on file in the app.

Do I need to be home for a Task to be completed?

Depending on the task to be completed, there will need to have a adult in the home during the visit of the Ruber. We also do contactless drop off of your orders or if you prefer We are more than happy to leave your order with a family member, doorman or front desk if you have shared this with your assigned Ruber or delivery point assigned on the app.

Every point of delivery remains the responsibility of the customer.

Can I tip my Ruber?

Yes all tips of 100% go to the Ruber.

What is the return policy on orders?

At this point Rubynav does accept returns on orders delivered; if there is a damage on items or unintended purchase or if you are not satisfied with your delivered item, please notify us immediately within 24hrs with all the information and details.

How do I give my feedback, reviews and ratings of experience?

This is possible at the end of a completed task. You can also do your ratings later by opening your history page and selecting the particular order and complete your rating.

I want to return items that I have accidentally purchased. How do I go about it?

At the moment Rubynav does not currently provide an item return policy for accidental or unintended purchases. For any other queries, our Customer Service Team is always happy to help you out! If items are missing or incorrectly delivered, please reach out to the Customer Service Team by emailing us

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order with Rubynav within 5mins of placing an order. If you must cancel your order during the task process, your order total will be returned to your RubyCash account as a credit for use with your next order or a refund will be issued. A complete task cancellation will incur a $20 standard fee.

Confirmed order in cart shows a different amount than the final charged amount. Why?

Once a task has been marked complete, your total amount and balance will be adjusted immediately.

When will I receive my refund?

If there is a refund due to your account, it will be posted within 3-5 business days.  If there is a pending refund that does not post please contact your financial institution.
